This property had many nice elements to it. The problem was a lot of them were dated and lacked cohesion. This customer also wanted to go with a less is more approach. They wanted to clear the canvas so to speak and start fresh. Subsequently, they wanted to begin with a relatively minimal amount of plants that were balanced. Over time they intend to add more plants once things start to grow in. They also wanted more lawn, so we removed the island in the center and added sod. Now there is a natural flow to everything - without it being so busy.
