This extensive Farmington Hills property, once challenged by outdated landscaping, underwent a remarkable transformation. Our multi-stage plan began by removing an astonishing 40,000 pounds of rocks, followed by significant plant trimming and removal. One of the excavated areas were then regraded and seeded to cultivate a lush new lawn. We replaced old pavers with an interconnected stone path and designed a Mexican beach pebble garden at the entrance, a theme echoed around a newly installed Red Bud Tree. The addition of new trees and perennial shrubs, alongside the strategic relocation and repurposing of existing shrubs like spirea, completed this stunning overhaul. The client was absolutely delighted with the results!
